REQUEST OF CANCELLATION
We understand, things come up, but we are sorry to see you go!
Unfortunately, your date has been saved just for you, and other have been turned away. Your SAVE THE DATE payment is never refunded. In addition, as a courtesy to our clients, we allow every client to take advantage of our payment plan. Once payments are made, vendors are paid, and the planning process has began. Those services also have down payments, payments due for services already rendered, and cancellation fees. For this reason, NO REFUNDS are ever issued for payments already made according to the payment plan.
If you have paid MORE than what was required according to the payment plan terms on the date the cancellation request is received, the additional amount paid only will be refunded. *FORMAL CANCELLATION REQUEST MUST BE RECEIVED (text message does not count!)
In some cases, if your date is able to be rebooked, Marvin's Pass may opt to return your SAVE THE DATE payment, but is not guaranteed.
