VENUE SELECTION

We offer assistance to clients still looking for their dream venue for their ceremony or reception, or both! 

Perhaps you have found your venue, and you are still missing some vendors and other wedding elements.  We will help you fill in the rest of the gaps by communicating with the venue.  Every venue can be tailored to fit your exact needs.

Beach Weddings are our specialty!  We handle all the set up and decor.  You and your guests are sure to experience an amazing celebration as the sun sets over the coastal waters.
BUDGET ANALYSIS

Starting your life together in financial stress should never be an option!  For that reason, we off fully customizable packages, including only what you need.  Interest-free payment plans allow clients that plan ahead to easily pay for the special day in the months prior to the event.  All vendors added to your contract with Marvins Pass will be included in your payment plan, exempting you from multiple down payments to various vendors.  Marvins Pass will handle all payments going to vendors.
VENDOR SELECTION

Catering Specialists, Photographers, Videographers, Officiants, and Cake Specialist services are available to be added to every package! Working with our network of vendors, ensures a seamless and perfect experience.  However, we are open to working with outside vendors.

TIMELINE CREATION

Let us take care of as much planning as possible.  We are able to see the big picture, from meeting all the vendors to creating a timeline perfect for your special day.  Whether you are on a strict time frame with a venue or photographer, or you have a very relaxed schedule, we will take care of all coordination, from the minute you hire us, until the last guest departs!
CUSTOM FLORAL DESIGN

Florals change the environment of your event, and are totally worth the investment!  Our team will design all elements of your event, from the bouquets for your wedding party to the ceremony arbor and table arrangements.  Your arbor florals will be built on site, specific to your design and vision.

DECOR SELECTION

All you need is love, BUT BEAUTIFUL TABLESCAPES  wouldn't hurt!  Marvins Pass Weddings is a full service boutique wedding and event planning company.

We believe the less that a client has to bring to the venue, the less work it will be for them.  For that reason, we have a collection of nearly everything you need!

Personal details are what will make your guests walk away thinking, "WOW, that was SO them!" We work with our clients to create inspiration boards through Google Meets and exchanging pictures.  With our style and theme guidance, we strive to create the unique vision of every client.
DAY OF COORDINATION

All vendors have been hired, venue selected, theme and design chosen - you just need assistance with last minute details like finalizing the timeline, floor plan & running the show the day of the event.  Our team will be the first ones there on the event day, and the last ones to leave, ensuring everything runs smoothly.  We will manage all vendor timeline and decor set-up, from the ceremony to the reception.  Coordinate entertainment and all announcements, decorate, execute scheduling, and so much more!

This service can be added the day that you choose your date, or even as late as 30 days prior to the big day!
