PLANNING SURVEY
DEADLINE TO COMPLETE: ASAP. *The sooner that you complete this survey, the sooner we can get your timelines etc.. established This lets us know what we need to establish at our first Google Meet!
This survey will assist in planning your timelines etc... Please have this survey filled out prior to your 1st Google Meet with Jen! *USE THE LINEN COLOR OPTIONS link below to show the color options available for your table linens. ALL buffet tables will be black. Table linens are included in every contract, unlimited amount of colors. Table runners, cloth napkins etc... can be added for an additional premium. (If needed, we have a color swatch sample book if you need to physically see these options!) You will choose the colors with this link, and then input the name of the colors on the Planning Survey Link PHOTOGRAPHY / CONTENT CREATOR SURVEYDEADLINE TO COMPLETE: 1 MONTH PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT.
This survey will assist your photographer with all of the shots that you would like for them to make sure they get! And ensure they have enough time in the current timeline! If you have included our content creator for your event, after you complete the survey and approximately 3-4 weeks prior to the event, they will reach out to you to schedule a Google Meet, finalize details. CEREMONY PLANNING SURVEY
DEADLINE TO COMPLETE: 1 MONTH PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT. *This survey will require names of wedding party, and detailed plans of ceremony and reception. It simply will assist with rehearsal planning, and offer details to be sent to the DJ and photographer.
D.J. MUSIC SURVEY
DEADLINE TO COMPLETE: 1 MONTH PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT. DJ will reach out for a GOOGLE MEET within 2-4 weeks of your event to finalize all details.
If you're comfortable with filling the survey out sooner, feel free to do so! We do not recommend submitting it too soon, simply because your answers might change! Recommended time to begin is 3 months prior to your event. Your answers will autosave for 3 months, as long as you are using the same email address, so don't feel like you have to fill it all out at once! If you find yourself stuck and need assistance picking a song for a particular event, just be sure to note that on the survey and the DJ will provide assistance at the Google Meet. Chances are the DJ will be able to provide you with 5-10 songs immediately and at least one will be the perfect song for you! They do this EVERY WEEKEND! OFFICIANT SERVICES
If you booked officiant services with our contract, you will receive an email about 4 weeks prior to the event. It will offer several different scripts available to you for your perusal. Once you have an idea of the verbiage you would like to use, you will join the Officiant in a Google Meet to finalize details. If you would like to complete this task sooner than the established timeline above, please email [email protected] and request it to be moved up in the timeline.

THE BAR
The Bar is beer and wine only, with new wine-based slushies and cocktails! Cash and card are accepted forms of payment. The bar is available at no cost to the client, with no minimum to be met. If you would like to provide alcohol free of charge to your guests at any point of the evening, speak with Marvin's Pass at least 1 week in advance of your event date, to learn about available options. Prices and items are subject to change depending on availability.
ALCOHOL AGREEMENT
Alcohol rules are a combined effort of the rules/laws in place with the Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission, as well as recommended rules by the ATC. We want your event to be successful and fun and fabulous - but when alcohol is present, there must be rules that are enforced! We love a good party, and are determined to enforce all Indiana State Laws, so that we can remain open and active for the next client!
Failure to submit the alcohol agreement will result in forfeiture of alcohol at your event. ALCOHOL SURVEY

DEADLINE TO PURCHASE: 1 WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT.
If you plan to have alcohol at your event, alcohol insurance is required, and you are required to use the vendor we provide to you. Don't worry - it's very discounted! Around $120. This is NOT EVER included in your contract ( the permit is included in your contract, and we take care of that!). Click the button below for a personalized link for use at our INDIANA venue. As long as you use the link, all details are prefilled as they should be, please just fill in your personal details and payment information. Once complete, it will automatically email a copy to Marvin's Pass, so nothing further will be needed! The three dates you will choose are your rehearsal date, ceremony date, and day after your ceremony( in case others are driving after midnight after your event). *3 day minimum. MORE "TO-DO'S"
1. Just booked your date with Marvins Pass and want to know WHAT'S NEXT?! You should receive your initial contract within 2 weeks. Don't worry, if you aren't sure which additional vendors you want to add, that's okay! We can always add those later (pending their availability) as an addendum to your contract and adjust your payment plan ...you can always add to your contract, just never take away!
2. Initial payment is made to SAVE YOUR DATE, and then your monthly payments will start the next month. 3. While you wait for your contract, go ahead and start filling out the "Planning Survey" , which you can find on this page. Once your planning survey is completed, we can go ahead and schedule your 1st Google Meet! At this time, we will establish your timeline, and you will be free to order your invitations! After our 1st Google meet, be sure to send an email to [email protected] and include pictures for your page on our website. We need at least ONE for the main banner photo, and then as few or many others to be placed throughout your page. Don't have professional photos?! THAT'S OKAY! Just send what you have - it's your love story! 4. You will have TWO more Google Meets. We usually schedule #2 as a check-in at about the midway point. #3 Google Meet will be scheduled about 4 weeks prior to the event. This is when your final count will be due to the venue. 5. FINAL GUEST COUNT DUE TO MARVINS PASS 4 WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT. (Changes can be made after the 30 days, but seating will not be guaranteed.) 4.
